影響電泳漆液沉澱的主要因素有:
1、雜質離子同性或異性雜質離子的進入必然與塗料的帶電樹脂發生反應,形成一些複合物或沉澱物,破壞塗料原有的電泳特性和穩定性。
雜質離子的來源如下:
(1)塗料本身固有的雜質離子;
(2)配製電泳漆液時帶來的雜質;
(3)處理水洗不帶入的雜質;
(4)用水衝洗時,對不潔水帶入的雜質進行處理;
(5)磷化膜溶解產生的雜質離子;

5、循環攪拌
在生產過程中,管理人員需要隨時注意電泳漆液的循環攪拌是否良好,一些儀表壓力(如過濾器、超濾器)是否正常。確保油漆液每小時循環4-6次,底部油漆液流量約為液體油漆液流量的兩倍,不要使電泳池形成攪拌死角。在非特別情況下,不要停止攪拌。
